House hunting for a friend

I have a friend who would like to move to North Portland from bfe Oregon. He is looking for a 2 bedroom house but might have to settle for an apartment due to his families limited income. It would be himself and wife and son. They also raise and have a few wolf hybrids so probably need a fenced yard. They are in a bit of a rush as they have to be out of their place by July 1st. Anybody know of anything available?
